Optum One Healthcare ID Alert:

Optum will require that each user have a telephone number tied to their One Healthcare ID for future authentication. Soon, email will no longer be used to verify you as a user.

It is easy to add your phone number to your One Healthcare ID: From the sign-in page, simply click to sign in as you usually do to access and click "Manage My One Healthcare ID". From there, enter your sign-in credentials (One Healthcare ID and Password). This will direct you to manage your One Healthcare ID. Click the "Verification Options" tab, and enter your phone number there, with your preferred phone communication method...then click SAVE.

Remember this does NOT have to be a cell phone, if you prefer, or can't access your cell phone at work. This can be a landline and you can receive a call for verification. If you have any questions, you can always contact One Healthcare ID support at 1.855.819.5909.
